@dempseygreat1 The German don't wont that I am do training camps in Russia but my father is my trainer and he lives there and my wife lives there too because she have no visa for Germany. They kicked me from the Army for Sportsmen and I must do my Army job with other soldiers and I have no time for training and I say to them bye bye. If Germany don't need a hammer thrower , Russia need me for sure.

Long double support and great rhythm- I think the 7.26 will like this technique just fine. There is no such thing as 6k technique.

@Flyzguy Believing hammer throw is all about long double support and great rhythm is bias.. 4kg technique is one thing, 5k is one, 6k is one and 7,26k is one. You don't think women throw like men, do you?

very good result. he needs to change his technique in the future because the 7.26kg don't like this way of throwing.

@Hammerlit I am a little worried about the balance in his first turn. It looked better two years ago also. Why weren't you in Barcelona?
