  • wow... he's so lost ... fist he talks about eating complex carbs and later he eat like 3 pounds of white rice a day... hav you ever looked at the glycimic index of white rice?? (and acutally it doesen't make a great difference if you eat white or brown rice..)

  • @spugat have you? the glycemic index of white rice and brown rice are virtually the same - long grain white rice is brown rice without the husk

  • how u get the money for all the supllements?

  • i've been trying to research a lot about how many grams of protein you can consume in one sitting. a lot of places say usually 30-40. i assume it depends how ripped up your muscles are? always wondered because it's hard for me to get 180 grams in a day ( im 180 lbs and im seeing that for muscle building i should get around .8-1 gram per lb). would really appreciate some feedback, if not thats fine too, i know you get a lot of questions all the time.

  • Yonkers

  • Looking big. Good luck with your show

  • @systemrootexploited Well, what I was trying to say is that rice no matter which kind should not be considert a complex carb

  • @spugat Look at YOURSELF! First your saying HAVE YOU EVER LOOKED AT THE GLYCIMIC INDEX? ....then you say "actually it doesn't make a difference if you eat white or brown rice. Sounds to me like YOU got your HEAD up your COOLO!

  • propel zero, no calories, no sugar, no fat plus it has vitamins and great flavors. its really helped me sty with water

  • I don't know how people can see J.R. is fat. I'd say looking pretty damn good for being 245-255 on a bulk. You're not supposed to be extremely cut, it's a bulk. Most people that walk around at that weight are just complete shit. You cannot compare natural, average lifters to ifbb pros.

  • @barthelfitness lmao

  • I'm sorry, didn't realize strength & muscular hypertrophy weren't his desired goals... He has gotten much bigger and stronger than his first videos. He then successfully cut down & entered a competition (looked pretty good)... N Over this past off season, got larger than the one before... Pretty sure that's the goal there guy...

  • @GrandmasBoy41 not quality gains
