Yes this is pretty much the identical way I drive...aggressive. It gets me in trouble many times but I usually make up for it by punching the throttle and clearing most jumps many racers in my area avoid.
My aggressive and heavy throttle finger is another reason I switched to nitro,:)

that is how i like to drive, very aggressively. however in the turns i'm really slow into them, about half throttle, and then once i'm thru the apex i just floor it and carry on, unless theres another turn of course
