Thanks. Yes, I drew the character. It's gone through some changes since then and looks a little different now.

:0) No, not a secret at all but there are numerous tutorials and animation books out there that give examples of walk cycles.
As far as AS is concerned I simply added bones to the drawing (easy in AS) and used those to move the limbs.
