These are my favorite buns to get at dim sum. Now that I live in Germany, I can't get these so I went on a mission to learn how to make them. I used another recipe that didn't turn out at all. I'm going to try this recipe and hope that it comes out perfect because I'm really craving them! Thanks for sharing.

Tried making this but my dough didn't turn out. I tried to convert the measurements to cup rather than grams or ounce and I guess I must have done the wrong measurements. Could you send me the ingredient measurements in cup format? Thanks.

the first time i made these, i accidently burnt them.. but second time around they came out super soft and yummy! All my friends love them, and my mom who doesn't like any of the stuff I bake actually loves them too! Thank you for sharing this recipe :D

Could you give out the cup/tsp/tbl measurements for the ingredients for us United States people? We don't have a scale so it's hard to measure.
