Bruk manualer og nøytralt (hammer) grep med tomlene mot deg, dette er bedre for albuene og håndleddene. Senk manualene sakte (2-4 sekunder) over og bak hodet til du kjenner det strekker i tricepsen, og hold 1-2 sekunder. Skyv nå albuene forover/nedover til manualene er like over skuldrene og press opp eksplosivt. For sikkerhets skyld er det en fordel om du kjører minimum 10 reps på denne øvelsen.

  • Yes, it's a hybrid exercise between the JM-press and a skullcrusher, allowing you to overload the triceps on the eccentric. I couldn't come up with a better name when I uploaded it.

  • There is no cheating here, but you could call it a hybrid skullcrusher/JM-press, I guess.
