The victim clearly says "I'm so sorry", and certainly not 'I'm sorry, bro', as most media sources have purposefully misquoted him asd saying, in a clear attempt to relate this to tasers and the "don't taze me, bro" affair.
The story makes sense, in that the towel can be thrown over the cat to catch it, and the cleaver he ran off with in his rush to catch the cat and get his dinner back.
