@TheAlexanderTheGreat yeah but belgrado got destroyed.
-
Exactly.
So why are you still calling it that?
Captain Salata maintains that its handling is similar to that of other Air Force aircraft. "We take offense at the term 'Wobbly Goblin.' We just call it 'the Black Jet.' "
-
It got the nickname "Wobbly Goblin" from the first many test flights and pilots before they got "Fly-By-Wire" working right, not from USAF Combat pilots.
-
According to USAF pilots, Wobbly Goblin was actually a complete nonsensical nickname...
-
Ohhh.
-
yeah i know. I was trying to say i think some people misperceive "invisible" as physically invisible as opposed to low radar signature.
-
It's not PHYSICALLY invisible.
It just has a MINUSCULE radar cross section, making it invisible on radar at any serious range.
At very close ranges, it will be detectable however.
-
@ResiusOnline Honestly, sometimes I think people literally mean invisible and have no sense to think otherwise.
-
Well actually what happened was that the pilot left the bomb bay open, therefore eliminating any stealth it had.
If he had followed the correct procedure, it would be "invisible" per say.
