Hindu scriptures - if you read the law of Manu, Ch. No. 5, Verse No. 30, it is clearly mentioned that... 'The eater can eat any creature that lives - even if he eats everyday - our Creator created come creatures to eat, and some to be eaten'. Laws of Manu - Manusmriti, Ch. No. 5, Verse No. 31, it says that... 'If you eat in a sacrifice... this is a law of a God'. Mamusmriti, Ch. No. 5, Verse No. 42, it says that... 'A twice born...'
(Dr. Mohammed) Brother... Brother... now... please... please... Please...
(Dr. Zakir) I am always prepared... I am always prepared when I quote Scriptures -therefore it is not on the table... it is inside. I was not supposed to quote, unless compelled otherwise - Now they are compelling me to answer. Therefore I kept it behind - Otherwise my books are in the front always - they are compelling me to reply, therefore I am replying - It is within the rules of the debate. I have not completed yet - I have to speak for five minutes.
(Dr. Mohammed ) We would request anyone, not to disturb in between.
(Dr. Zakir) Please do not disturb - who is disturbing see... when I am speaking. We will have another 20 seconds... you know because this wastes time... you know, and then my time is up I will stop the speaker.
(Dr. Zakir) No... but if someone disturbs me, I should get more time.
(Dr. Mohammed) Acha... Okay we give... complete the answer in 30 seconds.

(Dr. Zakir) It is further mentioned in the Manusmriti, Ch. No. 5, Verse No. 35... 'You can have meat'. In Rigved, Book No. 10, Hymn No. 16, Verse No. 10... 'You can have meat' - Rigved, Book No. 10, Hymn No. 85, Verse No. 13 - Rigved, Book No. 10, Hymn No. 86, Verse No. 13, says the same thing - You can have meat. In Mahabharat - Anushashan Parva, Ch. 88, if you read Bhisma gives the advice to Hridhistar. It is also mentioned in Manusmriti, Ch. No. 3, Verse No. 266 to 272 - It is mentioned there that... 'If you want to please your ancestors, if you give herbs and shrubs, you will gratify them only for one month - If you give fish, for two months - If you give 'Venison' the flesh of deer, for three months - if you give mutton, for four months - If you give flesh of birds for five months, - if you give Goat meat for six months - if you give spotted Deer, for seven months - if you give meat of black Antelope for eight months - if you give Cow, one full year - if you give Bull it is twelve years, and if you give Rhinoceros and red meat of Goat, for ever... Inexhaustible. So if you have to satisfy your ancestor, according to Rigved, you have to give more... you have to give red meat.

  • @pankajbankey His intentions are not good. His only goal is Dawa (proselytizing). Whenever a muslim says comparative studies he means proselytizing. He forgets that Hindus and people who follow other eastern religions are completely different spiritually from Muslims.

  • i saw a video in which a Hindu old man very angrily started blaming his religion dat Islam divides people & muslim eat our cows & other animals & proudly claim dat Hinduism unite people.for which he replied dat old man politely and said then why there r four classification of Hindus like Brahaman, Kshastriya etc. he further give eg of human body.he said dat our mouth has teeth for eating non veg (just like animals hav)why Hindu hav animal's teeth if Hindu does not supposed to eat non veg...

  • i have followed this man very curiously on youtube and on tv channel...I like the fact about this man that he never "critisize" or "praise" any religion....he only says what is written in scriptures of hindu, chrisitian, jeuse and muslims...very inteligent and Polite man...many hindu and christians "Vidwaan"(intellectual body) amzed by him bcz he spoke the facts written in their scriptures which they cudn't understand.i like his facts of "Scientific miracles of Quran"...

  • kabir has said aptly abt such scholars of comparative religion. darog pad pad khushi hove bekhabar baad bakaahe, haq sach khaaliq khalaq miyaanahe shyaam muurat naahe, bande khoj dil har roz na fir pareshaani maahe. He appears totally 'bekhabar' of what's he doing. jaisaa speaker, waisi audience! no surprises. All are bekhabar. kisi vidwaan se shiksha le to kuchh haasil bhi ho. ye kya anargal hai? chapter number, verse number, page number etc. shallow stuff served to casual students!!

  • who said he knows about hinduism better than hindu's... If it is true the he would have converted to Hindu long back...

Dear muslim brothers.. please do not support person who support terrorism and Osama activists.. for reference watch this.. watch?v=hmUguHWtoOA

  • and lastly I would request Zakir Naik, not to map hinduism on terms of Islam because both of them are very different.Islam has very less literature and philosophy to explain the reason of any decision of Prophet. There may be good things in quraan but not explained in depth. as in hindu scriptures.because of his ignorance to differences he low grades much of verses of hindu scriptures. and most people don't understand this...

His intention may be good but he is doing wrong..

  • @qwerty0019 4.As just a human being without taking sides, the problem with islam and christanity is that they are too much centered to history and books which were written in past which make them exclusive.and then idea to convert.they take riligious prurality as a problem which creates clashes among themselves whereas eastern dharmic traditions never face such a problem.

  • @qwerty0019 3.It is mentioned in Quraan that Earth is like carpet,go to himalaya and see a single patch of land look like carpet.this is just an example. he can explain in any way in contexts but i would say with even single flaw of any kind. Quraan cannot be word of God as it claims.

  • @qwerty0019 2. I appreciate him for reading scriptures of sanatan dharma but he distort the facts, As he mentions verse no.30,31 and others I would request to read whole chapter(the next verses) to reach any conclusion. eating meat is not dogma in hinduism but should be avoided for betterment. it clearly mentions that eat what ever you want but be ready for the consequences, making oneself responsible.

  • @qwerty0019 1.manu smriti is rule book for the society. laws of that time laws change with time.on contrary it is smriti( Memories in general English not literary) which is seperate from shruti(discoveries of Rishis about spiritual realm, the truth) it does not have anything to do with religion, most muslims and christian dont understand this that hinduism dont go by any book like them.it lives in present.
