i have ADHD my self...and even tough its not an excuse it makes it difficult., more difficult then the average person.. us ADHDers have tendency to keep our environment as scrambled as our thinking. to us it makes sence but to others its a mess. this video has a great way of dealing with that tendency. but you have to be patient because it dosed take time , its also a matter of concentrating on getting organized which is why one area at a time as the video suggests is great for ADHDers
