Biofuel ethanol scam and your price of food and gas

that's why we make ethanol from sugarcane from Brazil. It is 7 times more efficient than corn ethanol. Brazilians have been doing it for years. Yes, ethanol from corn is a losing situation, but ethanol from sugarcane is the winner.

the reason its 7 times more efficent is because they dont have strict emision laws, Brazilian ethanol plants can burn their waste cane. We cant, are really only choice is Natural gas. kinda sux. Its may get worse if the Lieberman-Warner Climate Security Act of 2008 goes through, regulating The United states Emisions and not the 3rd world countrys. This Act could hurt American company's even worse then they are now.

yeah but not everyone lives on a farm and I don't care how much waste you have there no way it would provide for the amount of fuel needed to power the economy. but thatd be nice to only pay 1dollar a gallon.
