Didn't we have the 10 commandment on display in classrooms and bibles in schools? I say lets bring it back. Morality in America has gone down the drain.

Do you people believe their is only one truth? How about that their is only one true religion? It seems to make sense to me, but we are so intensely divided and all our senses are bombarded with this social conditioning. So, if their is only one God and one truth then perhaps it should be taught to us as children so we don't offend and blaspheme our Creator. Since they didn't do that for us as children then as responsible adults we should re-educate ourselves so we don't sound like imbeciles.

@bailesie Your got the wrong idea. You think I'm talking "denominations". But i'm talking about FOLLOWING Christ. All Christian denominations teach to FOLLOW Christ, which means leaving behind sinful lifestyle. But sinful lifestyle and practices is the norm in American society and is being globalized. It's this very same society that calls itself "Christian", but it's just an ID tag which lacks any true meaning. So again, true christians (i.e. who reject sin and antiGod humanism) are a minority.

What you mean to say is a majority of people in the u.s. LABEL themselves christian, which is the same as nothing. For example, my country is 90% catholic. Catholic cathedrals are jam packed on Sundays. But were are those same people on a friday night? Partying, drinking, having sex, committing adultries, fighting, watching sinful media, being out of control, etc. There's a difference between a statistical christian and a true one.
A tiny minority of people in the US are true christians.

@bailesie welcome to the USA where the Holy Bible was the most read book in the classroom for hundreds of years until the God hating evolutionist atheist Darwinian lunatics pushed it out of school along with prayer and the 10 commandments. What do you think happened when they took that Book out of the classrooms? Well teen sex, drugs, violence and crime went way up. That's what happens when you brainwash kids to believe they evolved from apes and are common ancestors to slime and rocks.

What part of the constitution did you not understand when it says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion". To favor one religion over another is a violation of the constitution. If you teach one religion, you HAVE to teach them all. If you want to teach biblical scripture, send your kid to a private school, it's that simple.
Most of the forefathers were DEISTS. Atheists among them were Jefferson and Franklin. History is fun to learn.
