Well it was on the way home from the Blue Ghost Tunnel...The legend is a little girl was on fire and apparently ran to the tunnel to put herself out, but she ended up buring to death and the sound is still heard to this day. Listen closely to the video, the sound of the highway is too far from the tunnel

@jackslaughters its actually in niagara falls. near where i live. and also. a big reason many people fail at this.. is the legend involves a wooden match. not a lighter or cardboard set of matches.. you light the match..the "wind" blows it out then you are supposed to be hearing shrill screaming.

i live kinda near the screaming tunnel my dad went in it at 12:00 AM ur supposed to hear her screams ;p my dad light up the match and him and his friends heard a scream a no one screamed it souneded like a girl (i didnt go in there :D) and my dad and his friends ran into the car screaming i even saw the screaming tunnle :D

its been years since ive been here but when i went here at night with some friends something really strange happened, we rolled up some newspaper into a torch and lit it up and nothing happened but we dropped it on the ground and instantly a train went roaring by above the tunnel and blew its whistle, normally i think you would hear a train coming but it was silent outside.is there even a track above there. Holy Shit..im not joking but a train just passed by my place..Freaky

@GCalla420 I know you need matches but we just left the blue ghost tunnel and some guy told us directions to screaming tunnel, I love how people piece together mayhem when it could merely be chatter!!
