The North Dakota Air National Guard, known as the "Happy Hooligans," are actively engaged in major missions in North Dakota and around the world. The MQ-1 Predator flies around the world and Guardsmen are preparing for the C-27J Spartan mission while flying the C-21 Lear jet. Happy Hooligans with the 219th Security Forces Squadron work side-by-side with active-duty Airmen at Minot Air Force Base to protect the nation's nuclear assets. These major missions are supported with firefighters, administrative and human resources personnel, chaplains, mulitmedia support, civil engineer professionals, communications technicians, security forces personnel and much more. Together, these 1,100 Airmen work to keep our communities, state and nation safe.
