This video is a response to the intended law in France. Mr Sarkozy has the intention to ban the niqab/burka (veil) from all public places.

Le Coran est la Lumière de l'univers qui scintille de ses rhétoriques et ruisselle d'un nectar dont seul les amoureux s'abreuvent!

  • @InvitationToParadise

..."In Arab coutries are such and such ruels..."

    Who cares?!

Why should French citizens get punished because of any rules in the middle east??!

And no, at the moment it is not illegal to cover ones face, otherwise it would not be necessary to make a law that forbid women to cover their faces!

  • @FernandoTorrera

Who is talking about a foreign coutry? Those women who want to have the right to cover their faces just want to have the rights that European coutries claim to assure them - such as freedom of religion, choice of costume, human dignity, etc.!

They can demand these rights as they are citizens of these coutries!

And btw there are a lot of women who are born Frenchwomen and who did not "come to a foreign coutry". And these women are told:...

  • @InvitationToParadise I am saying that when you visit a foriegn country you abide by their rules and european countries have had to make accomodations that are ridiculous. and you never responded to when I said its illegal for me to cover my face yet we make exceptions for certain people.

  • @InvitationToParadise

And yet these coutries want to make a law that is against basic human rights such as freedom of religion, choice of costume and human dignity???

It is really unbelievable what is done by these so called "democatic" countries when they are afraid of a few women! ;-D

  • @FernandoTorrera

You want to justify a law that tells women what they are not allowed to wear in a so called free coutry with the argument that "if a woman goes to the middle east there are many places where she has to abide by their rules of covering her hair"?!

What has this to do with the middle east? Aren't the Euopean coutries praised because of the claim that they present the human rights and the citizens are free and dignified humans?...

  • @InvitationToParadise actually its ilegal for people to wear ski masks outside of skiing because criminals use them to disguise their faces. Anyways if a woman goes to the middle east there are many places where she has to abide by their rules of covering her hair. You can still cover your hair in europe but hiding your face no. wearing a veil while driving should be illegal just like talking or texting while driving is.

  • @InvitationToParadise

It is really astonishing how a little minority of women, who have chosen to cover their faces to please God, create such a great issue and discussion!

Don't you think it is ridiculous to make a law that restricts basic human rights against such a little group of people?

Is it actually worth to discuss the clothes of women who do not even constitute one percent of the population?

    Indeed, it is really ridiculous!

  • @InvitationToParadise

"how can a driver liscence or passport picture be taken?"

For such issues the women show of cause their faces. This apply also to emergencies!

We hear mostly from people who do NOT wear a veil that the veil hinders the eyesight, but there are millions of women in the world who wear the veil and they do not have any problems...

And anyway you should wear the veil in a way that make a clear eyesight possible!

  • @FernandoTorrera

Just because of some incidents you can not restrict the freedom and choice of costume of innocent women! A lot of criminals use gloves, is this a reason for banning all gloves?

A lot of murderer use shawls and caps or hats when they are commiting a crime, can u forbid men and women to wear a hat because of that???

As I already said we do not hear of any security problems in Arab countries where the veil exists much more often...
