I think you need to follow some other sport like Boxing or Wrestling than this Ches wich is a game between two great minds.

their hatred stemmed from the circumstances surrounding the termination of their first match. Kasparov accused Karpov of engineering a halt to the match just as Kasparov fought back from 5-0 down,

Great video! I agree with you about the tension of the matches of old compared to the modern WCC's. That being said, I am excited to see Kramnik/Anand because after Anand's performance at Bilbao, I think Kramnik has a very good opportunity to pull an upset win.

My personal favorite WCC is Fischer/Spassky at the height of the cold war. So much politics, emotion, and side stories to that match it's quite amazing. They are making a hollywood movie about it - I can't wait.

Kramnik and Topalov match was funny, Kramnik begins kicking his ass, then suddenly everything wasn't about chess anymore, it was about a toilet.

I think Kramnik and Topalov hate each other and made for a very good world champ match, but I did enjoy Kramink Anand because they were always the challagers to Kasparov's crown in the 90's, Kramnik getting it in the end

Any animosity between Kasparov and Karpov has since faded, as Karpov went to visit Kasparov in prison back a couple of years ago.

At least that is what i read. This 25th anniversary match will be a chance for people to reminisce in what was one of sports greatest rivalries, up there with Taylor-Barneveld (Darts), Ali-Frazier (Boxing), Schumacher-Hil; (F1) and Rangers-Celtic (Football)
