That was a little awkward

@yofila You thought wrong. its simply a reality in America. Of course we Asians should be proud of ourselves. but to ask the like of usher to recognize leehom, a second gen Chinese immigrant whos based in Taiwan and sings 99.9% chinese songs, as American is just uncalled for. And this mindset, which I hate to disappoint you, is the mindset of America. So next time, dont be surpirsed and go like "wtf" grow up.

@ALIBABA1014 you sound like a cultural defeatist. identifying with a certain culture and mindset is not arrogance and blatant ignorance shouldn't be encouraged and perpetuated.
-
@yofila get over it. All of yall Chinese Americans to them are Chinese immigrants, Ever heard of private soldier Danny Chen? they do not give a fuck to whether you born in the U.S or not. so quit thinking too highly of yourself. lol WE ARE CHINESE, PERIOD.
-
@vivatherasmus 你错了,他变脸是因为usher说他是Chinese artist instead of Chinese American artist. .all Chinese Americans including mainland, Taiwan, and HK to them(white&black) are CHINESE. 王力宏觉得自己是abc, 可惜人家没有这个概念

@av3ragetomb0y taiwanese-american.
-
@jmahr1127 ok. whatever. new york. not california. and he's still taiwanese.
-
@lawrencehuangmusic Actually, he's from Rochester, NY. Heehee.
