@chopzmasta07 well yep i have to agree with u on that one , and year absolutley , with gulps especialy u an rig them all squashing upp n the hook and cath fish becuase its nore of a abit , i like squidgis beucause that real lure fishing hahahah, but your right who r u ?

@BigR000 you can still use the lures if you rig them upside down, I do it all the time with my squidgies and powerbaits when they've been chewed up a bit and arent holding the hook well. I chuckled when Steve Starling told me to just rig them upside down, but on my 3rd cast I hooked a nice flathead. and on my berkley powerbait minnows, bream still take them upside down. Starlo said that where ever you bring that hook point out is effectively the back of the lure.

@BigR000 you're that kid from starlo's page on facebook, you only just started using plastics, you haven't fished comps! AND say it again, yes he is sliding that lure onto the jig head side on at first, if you look carefully he then twists it so the hook comes out the back. Learn the craft "MATE" before you go and talk about it. Guesty is one of this country's best anglers and I think he knows what he is doing. I use Squidgies, Berkley powerbait, and another brand i wont name :)

@chopzmasta07 ahh mate your wrong , even if he had to slide the flastic side ways to put it straight through the back it should still come out in the back he was putting the hook point up side down in the plastis belly , yeah mate i have fished the bream comps , and the mallacoota flathead tournaments

@BigR000 He rigged it sideways so he can get the hook in straight and they he pushes it up through the back, the lures he is using in the video have a slim body profile so you have to to insert the hook sideways then turn the lure to get the hook to exit the back. I've been fishing plastics for a decade now mate and have fished comps. I think i know what I'm on about and certainly know whats happening in the video.

@chopzmasta07 nahh mate i no that but from the beginng he was rigging the soft lastic the wrong way round , up side down in fact , im t stupidhahah , gulps are probably the most crappest placcies out , u want flatties on plastic go get your self some squidgy pros at least they dnt sell like shit or dry up , just caught a 56cm and a 98cm flatty yesterday on squidgy lobbys

@BigR000 the hook is only out the side because the flathead was chewing the hell out of it. But this is an awesome video, clearly displaying that anyone can have a go with plastics and catch fish on them.
