  • being a mechanic myself i urge you not to let your brake calliper hang by the brake hose, can damage/cause problems if you do so.

  • It's also good to leave the old brake pad on when compressing the piston to have apply even pressure. =)

  • Hes not a pro, first open the master cyl cap set on top open to allow fluid to get pushed back in. ive been hearing its better with abs to open the bleeder screw then push on piston so old nasty fluid doesnt get in abs parts or valves. Nastys settle bottom calipers. Keep everything grease free and clean, brake cleaner is your friend. Yes dont allow a heavy caliper to hang he might be ok with this one.
