Hi there! I just wondered if you maybe have tested the Egnater renegade 65 watt head/combo, and recomend buying one. I can't find any proper demos of the renegade, and can't find any reviews at harmony central! exceptional playing though! :D

Just wondering, is that Crate power block solid state?

Do you know if the new Tourmaster series sounds as good as the TOL100? I'm starting to think the TOL100 would be the perfect amp for me (I've watched a lot of your videos) but I heard it was discontinued.
Do you run the THD Hotplate with the cleans too? And if not, is it MIDI controllable so you can switch it on and off?

still haven't tried the Tourmaster but the tol 100 is pretty special.
thd is always taking the speaker out and dropping it to line level. clean or dirty tone. hotplate is not a midi device.

How do you connect your system ? Do you go in a "2 way System" (means the G-force effects run about a seperat power amp stereo in your two cabs) Your sound is awesome.

yep--the eggie head is totally loaded down with the THD to a line level, sent to gforce which splits it to stereo outs to the crate, then to two seperate speaker cabs.

Question. How is the Crate Power Block contributing to your sound? I saw it sitting there and at first thought it was a parametric EQ, but, after looking it up, I found that it's a power amp. Are you using it to get stereo?
Anyway, your rig sound awesome, and your playing is great... just flawless.

egnater->thd hotplate line out->gforce->crate stereo out
the crate doesn't affect tone too much..pretty flat
