@motzaballsguy well, yes and no. You can have bad posture on one rep. (like in this video I assume). Things to work on: Keeping your arms locked out until pulling yourself down, keep back straight and core tight (lots of a air and pushing your stomach/abs out with help keep your back and core straight and tight), and catch that bar on your shoulders instead of your wrist. And on the jerk, drive through your heels, push yourself down, then lock your arms out. It's not a shoulder press.

I appreciate your concern. That is kind of an old video and my technique has improved since then, but I don't think anything was wrong with my posture in that video. Plus bad posture from workouts is a result of poor form on exercises done for multiple reps over long periods of time, not a one rep max.
