KOF RPG M.U.G.E.N: Athena, Mignon, Ninon, Alba, Rock.

It's my first RPG Edit video ^^

While Athena plans to training, Mignon (KOFMI), her rival, comes.
But, Mignon's forgot her promise to Alba (KOFMI) while she's challenging Athena.
Ninon (Mignon's sister from KOFMI2), Alba, and Rock (according to KOFMI2's story, he's Ninon's crush) comes to the place where's Mignon's challenging Athena.
But, the battle turns out into... xD

(Actually i want Mignon and Ninon becomes available as MUGEN character) ^^;;

Wow, sounds like you got some real talent there for a story board, kazemachihet, even though most of it's inspired by the actual game stories. Great music and an entertaining battle, please continue this awesome series!

Alba alone can beat the crap out of Kyo in KOF another day. and Rock Howard is Terry's disciple. both of them combining strength is probably enough to defeat Rugal's tier.

I never said Athena is weak. But saying she is on Geese or Krauser tier is just doesn't make any sense. She has no real feats and never won any KOF champion. In drama CD KOF 99, She is almost one shot by Kyo-2 and impressed just by watching K' and Benimaru fighting. IMO she is still not on Kyo, Terry or Ryo league. I believe someday SNK would make her shine again. But not now.

supposedly a "reincarnation" of the Greek goddess "Athena", and Kensou having the "Dragon" spirit issues Ron is after, there is a potential that SNK may be pulling this team a bit further into the center stage alongside Kyo. Only time will tell I guess.

I am admittedly a Psycho Soldier fan, particularly of Athena (mainly because I noticed how much of an underdog she was with those who played KOF around here back in the arcade days) Only guys who played with female characters would try to use her, and even then, her lack of combos and physical punching strength made for a real challenge. Until KOF '96, when she gained more power (everyone did per tick/hit), then more powers form '97 on. But with the Ron subplot post NESTS, plus Athena's being

But KOF is and has always been about Kyo/Iori and the powers/battles/struggles they have, so it's expected they would be the primary ones to win. (Just like FF/AoF would be about Terry/Ryo.) As a avid KOF fan, I've made it a point to look beyond the principles to the others involved, and their stories. Unfortunately, since I don't own any gaming system, and arcades have been gone since the early 2000's around here, I haven't seen much since KOF 2001..except online.

Well the answers (most likely anyways) for these are simple. Rugal is an evil character, as is Geese and Krauser. They name their moves after their own personalities and styles. So, keeping their original names would suit Rugal fine. However, with Athena being so polar opposite in being good, calling the move "AAAAAAY" (Athena's Psyco Reflector) or even saying "Psyco Reflector" wouldn't fit Rugal's dark character. But Dark Barrier would. (Athena had the Psycho Reflector ever since '94..QCB+B/D)

Not really. Rugal copied Geese's and Krauser's special move but he didn't change the name of the move. It's still reppuken and Kaiser wave while it's dark barrier for his move and I didn't remember Athena has dark barrier on her movelist from 94 till XII. So, it's Rugal's own style.

Besides, canon wise Athena never wins any KOF. it is Kyo or K' who wins it. But since this is Kaze's video, then I have nothing more to say.

Remember, Rugal is a boss who does two things. One, if he wins, you become a statue in memory of your defeat. Two, if you survive, and put up a serious fight, he'll copy one or more of your powers to use against others. Omega Rugal has three borrowed powers/moves. 1)Reppukken-Geese (Boss character) 2) Keiser-wave-Wolfgang Krauser (another boss) 3)Dark Barrier-Athena's Psycho Shield...which means Rugal considers Athena what level of fighter in his mind?
