thats very hard piece.. but I don't thikn that Dvořák is for young people because they can't give emotions to that.

Happy to listen to you! This is a very difficult piece. You have wonderful talent and also, I think, probably good teachers and devoted parents. Hope you keep working on your music and become a great cellist in the future!

If you look at his video of the Saint-Saens at 11 and watch this, it's amazing to see the difference. His already magnificent playing has matured so much. It's great to know that he'll only get better as he gets older, in a few years he's sure to be one of the top soloists.

Anyone who insults that performance is a bitter jealous son of a bitch. I take from the same teacher as Aldort, and I'm 3/4's the player he is. I hope to someday surpass Oli but until then, don't anyone dare say he isn't as talented as they come. In my opinion, he has the potential to be the next Jacqueline Du'pre.

This is a 3/4 cello loaned to Oliver by the Carlsen foundation.

Dude! Your pretty good when did you start on this peice? I started at 14 and got it down by 15 how long did it take you to master it?

Oliver performed the concerto first at age 13. Recently he performed the whole concerto with an orchestra and will soon have some of it on youtube.
