Hi guys!
Sorry, I am Re-Posting this. The other version was really bad quality. This one is a bit dark but I believe it's better than the last one
:)
So as I promised, here is my version of the larabars I keep on talking about!
What you'll need:
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup coconut
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/3 cup chopped nuts
You will need a food processor for this recipe!
Much love,
Jess

You could add some chocolate or carob chips!

update - added a little bit of banana and it's more sticky. WARNING - Don't add too much banana or it will be WET-like.
Thanks, Jess

I just tried dried apricots and raisins - they didn't stick together as well as the dates. That's likely the key. I don't know, though - maybe prunes? I'm not the biggest fan of prunes.

I just did mine with almonds and a teaspoon of peanut butter (I didn't have oil). PB not so healthy, but they're YUMMY. Is that wrong?
Also - do you suggest any storing ideas? I used waxed paper, but maybe you have a neat way of storing them?
