Jack Benny was famous for owning a "Maxwell" (a famous running gag on his radio and later TV shows), which is what's supposedly depicted at 5:33. Jack Lescoulie impersonates Benny; Mel Blanc, who was already a part of Jack's supporting cast at that time, is "Rochester".

Originally released in July 1941. Robert C. Bruce is the narrator. "#158" was the first number picked from the fish bowl when the Government officially conducted its first peacetime draft the year before {hence, Porky's "#158 3/4", get it?}.
