Thank you so much for what you have given the world through re-birthing. There's so much garbage around, it's refreshing to see something that really works.One day I will come to the US to learn from you direct.

@GAMINGAVATAAR Yeah, speak first, ask questions later. You are, for lack of a less offensive word, ignorant.
-
@GAMINGAVATAAR your not intelligent
-
@Maralyssa oh yes . I agree!

@FridaySingers yes, I do support getting stoned if you are talking about the herb. I do no support man made drugs. I also want to say that I am NOT saying that Leonard gets stoned. I am sure he does not support smoking pot as I do. I have a friend who knows him personally. You can have hallucinations when you do this type of meditation and this type of meditation does not require drugs at all. I bet he would even tell you not to take any drugs whatsoever.

@Maralyssa oh yes, so youre supporting getting stoned? wow. smart. a intelligent man, even if he gets stoned, doesnt say that in public .

@GAMINGAVATAAR i agree!

Rebirthing, or whatever name you want to give it, is only as good and as useful as the facilitator. Most are just not right in the head unfortunately. Like clinical psychology too many fucked up people train as "rebirthers" as a way of healing themselves but mostly miss the point. I have seen some very, very scary situations where people are nothing more than part of the problem they are purporting to cure.
In saying that, there are a few exceptional practitioners, well trained and very "clear"

@martinjwoodward Since my last response, I have learnt rebirthing and even on my first session the result was beyond words - simply stunning! Nothing else comes close to this tecnique - not even near!

@GAMINGAVATAAR Just because someone gets stoned doesn't mean they are not intelligent. There are and have been plenty of geniuses who get stoned.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
This man is viewed as intellegent? And yet he mentions the term "stoned". Yes, that seems to be quite efficient... He breathed. Yay.

To help you make intelligent comments in the future on this topic, I suggest looking up the following topics you seem to know little about: Pranayama, Hyperventilation, and Humor.

That's supposed to help you remember your birth???

Leonard's Rebirthing technique has quite a bit more to it. This was a simple short pranayama exercise. A Rebirthing session is typically more than an hour in length. And anyway, the idea is not to get you to remember your birth. The primary effort, if it could crudly be put in a phrase, would be to help you release "energy blocks."
