Certainly more interesting than the traditional version :) The second and third modulations in that seem to work the best.

Clearly Macca and Lennon evolved wonderfully as composers, but to what extent was George Martin the real impetus for this - an expert teacher with a group of very enthusiastic students, who embraced classical music from both West and East.
