  • does amaranth need to be rinsed similar to quinoa? I don't think I've ever tasted amaranth before.

  • Amaranth does not have to be rinsed, and it comes out like porridge. It's delicious! :)

  • You can also sprout quinoa. The nutritional value actually explodes, and you can eat it raw this way!
