This video demonstrates using Smooth-Ons EZ Meter Mix Machine to mix and dispense Vytaflex 60 for the purpose of formliner production.

Vytaflex 60 is a flexible and very durable polyurethane rubber that replicates perfect detail and is strong enough to not be distorted when casting large quantities of concrete as seen in the manufacturing of highway noise reduction panels.

The EZ Meter Mix Machine is designed to work with many of Smooth-Ons products and enables the user to mix equal amounts of the two component systems without the need of hand mixing. A variable control on the machine allows a range from 4 pounds to 32 pounds of product to be mixed per minute.
