Of course it's happening---the whole effing world is becoming ''privatised'' ie--owned by the moneymen. Our so-called democracies are being dismantled before our eyes, ''governments'' will disappear. The military, police, and so-called 'security' forces are firstly reduced to manageable size--then will be built up using new recruits who have no allegiance to the Queen, and will in fact be 'employees ' of their private owners--as above. It happend in the US when Reagan signed the security bill.

very funny, extremely inaccurate unfortunately. privatised police forces can work but need to be approached in certain ways as of yet untested on a large scale...
