[openBVE] C651 Testing Windscreen Wipers

Train: Cl323(But edited to only C651 Panel)(This will be deleted)
Comments: Lets see how the C651 is going to wipe off the rain(Only in interior view)on NSL, but there is no realistic rain on NSL, so its just a DEMO of the C651 Wipers. Sorry for the lag again.

This train(Cl323)has been deleted after modifying the train.

@c751BLoVuR I just edited the train Cl323 for the wipers. Just hope someone does this to any of the trains in openBVE.

something is wrong. you know, for SG trains, TO sits on the right. meaning that the wipers would be on his left. thus, you could try flipping this function such that it starts on the left and "wipes" towards the right.
