If so, then how is nuking them (and killing civilians in the process) going to make you feel any better?

You would not be able to use a computer, have electricity, running water or even a sound structure to sleep in, not to mention any automotive transport nor an education, ample food or even proper cloths. @BrKT85 For a peaceful race, you sure are crime and poverty stricken, with 8 out of 10 Africans to become violent, criminal or involved in some sort of crime or violent act!!
