A station that I tried to fit in as small an area as I could. It stores up to four carts inside a vertical dispenser. This can be replenished by a track that comes from underneath the platform or by hand.
Whenever a cart leaves a new cart will be called. If there is no cart waiting a cart is called by stepping on the button and moving away. I'm planning to start using these stations underground.
There is a schematic for how to build one somewhere.
