the reason why its so statiky is because the radio wavs from the phone interferes with the speaker on the camera,the same thing happended to me.

Well, it's microsoft I beleive. But most computers have them in the control panel. You will see a box for it. If you don't have one, you can download it form onlione. Hope this helps. ;D

lol, i can't believe the associate didnt even know it was a prank call. if it was me (and yes, i work at an AMC theater) i would've hung up!
