@mattman07131967 David having a tough time is only one of the problems caused by Benjamin Orr's absence. The new album is great...you can do miracles in the studio...live is another story. I'm glad they didn't replace Benjamin, but I don't think it works without him.

"That drummer" would be David Robinson, and I think that he has played the drums since '87. Not to be a hater, but really? Give David and the rest of the band a little bit of a break. First time out in 24 years, and I would have given my left nut to be there!

Great to see the guys on stage again. I had the pleasure of seeing them on their Hearbeat City tour the summer of '84! *sigh* such great memories. I am really digging their new album! Welcome back boys!

The first take was hilarious! The drummer missed the sequence & a trainwreck ensued. They handled it like professional champs and Rick said "why don't we play that f@&king song again" and the place went crazy!

Glad you liked it... I felt bad for the band, the drummer had a hard time. Notice I said Take II!
Let me know how LA is ...no doubt Rick will make sure everything is where it needs to be by Thursday. Rick was obviusly tweaked over the performance.
It was still DAMN GOOD though...
