@7mikethebike Bear meat does not taste like shit. It doesn't go to their dogs they eat it. Bear is highly prized meat in the Northwest. The hunting of bears is regulated to ensure they do not become endangered. There are quotas.

I love people that try and regulate what people eat when they themselves are scarfing down a Big Mac from a feed lot that produces a million pounds of shit a day and uses corn as feed which decimated our prairies.

Domestic dogs are Man's best friends, but the wild ancestors of domestic dogs are useless trash?

Is that because PEOPLE (i.e. the Chosen Ones) don't own and control the wolves' every move, and everything on the planet "must" be controlled by people? I think that's close to the truth about anti-wolf propaganda, and lack of respect for nature in general.

@kangaldogs0331 a good hunter would never use a dog? well how the fuck would you hunt animals like raccoon, fox, and bobcat unless you have the hearing or scenting ability of a dog you'd just walk around the forrest all fucking day. with these animals you want them to be warned of your present so they get scared up a tree of into their den then its just a matter of following your dogs bark and killing whatever it is he found

I bowhunt and I surf. I kinda get it that once I go into nature, whether paddling out a quarter mile or find myself a 3 miles from my truck stalking on public land.(can't afford private ranch fees-rediculous!!) I've entered a deal, an understanding, I'm no longer the Almighty Human Being, I'm a mamal. I usually hunt alone. I stay fit, know predator behaviour and pack a 357.

It is sad losing dogs you've raised. It is one of those terrible trade offs when entering nature to harvest.

@Jewhater119 Apparently you do not understand animals. Many live in packs or "families". I am a hunter. I have never needed the use of dogs to stalk my prey. A good hunter would never use a dog as it will warn the prey of your presence.
