Do you happen to know the name of this stitch? I'd been learning the oslo stitch, which is just the one loop instead of three.. I like the look of this one so I'm curious if you happen to know what its called? :)

I have been trying to figure this out from only illustrations for a year. It was so frustrating I had to stop. Along comes your video, and it is so easy now! Thank you for such a good instruction on this technique. I picked it up right away from watching you once. Even a basic stitch is more than I was able to do before. Now I can make a hat for my boyfriend who likes to pretend he is a viking. :)

@steintanz Thanks Tim! As said I am not an expert but I try to inspire people to try different techniques and in this way preserve some of the old techniques.
Cheers!

Hey guy knitting is the same woman's work! : 0) (Just kidding) Thanks to a good demonstration, three loops, I remember. At all there is an opinion that knitting recover from stresses, as the communication-hand with wool softens the mood for the day. How is it to forge business?
Regards Tim.

@suvarak I often find myself very relaxed and in a meditative mindset when handcrafting, no mater if I am carving bows, needle binding or black smithing. Maybe this is one of the reasons I do handcraft, but then again the sensation you feel when finishing something you have done yourself is unbeatable!
Take care Tim!
