@damnyouhussies and I think the red on this one is a nice tie-in. he's not exceptionally great. but he looks good on my shelf. especially in car mode.

@4ourEver i thought that too. instead it made since to put in the side panel swords and call him sideswipe. I hate it when they are so simple with their names. like we are all just stupid.

one of the few movies toys I own, albiet I have the first version of the movie sideswipe, he is not a horrible toy, he is not really much of a fun figure but he does look good, but as you say, he doesnt feel at all like "sideswipe"
a nice look at a character progression, the other versions in the more traditional red look great together.

I know it's way too late, but the model for movie Sideswipe would've made a LOT more sense as Tracks. Corvette and vain, it makes sense.

@Eucep I got him to stand with them straight, but that looks too spindly. the leg joint has an upper swivel but it is rendered useless by the little rubber hoses attache to them. I think I'll just put him back in car mode. XD

ps, the H/A verssion is just despicable. and the DOTM, do you think they ran out of paint?

@smsno1 not sure why they didn't paint him. it's atrocious.... hope they do better with the Mercedes and the Ferrari. who are the toys I am excited to see!
