I purchased this player for 99 bucks from a local store.

I agree. I have one of these and the remote is crap! Very disappointed in the layout of the buttons. Very hard to use the and the range is terrible.

@egobrian1 Yes it really is, it can't be too difficult to include a decent remote. I have no idea why they are not using a better one.

@tantanman2852 It is great to have a blu-ray player that is loading fast and that has 3D playback as well as wifi integrated.

I will definitely take a look at it.

@evan1276 Yes that is true, most blu-ray players have pretty good upscaling which is great!
