This music is part of my album "Eigenharp Sketches of 2011" which is free to download: http://gbevin.bandcamp.com/album/eigenharp-sketches-of-2011

You can also find it on SoundCloud:

This is an original composition on the Eigenharp Alpha using only the U-he Diva virtual analog synth.

Many thoughts of what remains after people have left this earth.

  • Reminds me of A Clockwork Orange, love it!

  • @Ressurrectionist thanks, that's exactly what I had in my mind when writing it! :-)

  • Sorry to say this but the grammar is gruesome. "That which remains" is correct as would be "What remains?"

  • @tartrazine sorry to say this, but if I decide that this is the title of this piece of music, then that's what it is ... maybe there's a reason?

  • @gbevin That there is a special reason certainly did not escape me but the ugliness overwhelms the meaning and your tetchy and rude response only confirms my suspicion.

  • @tartrazine funny that it becomes rude when I respond to you in the same manner as your initial remark, can't handle your own medicine?

  • @gbevin Parody is replying 'in the same manner' and yes it is rude. Hardly funny. I didn't dole out medicine I was being kind, but clearly this is wasted on you.

  • @MaggieLeber The same reaction :D but Philip Glass would be delighted with this version !

  • @gbevin probably should say why I did leave it in, melodies like those, that are very simple and national anthem-like are imho some of the best way to give a feeling of pride and celebration, it's one of the themes that I wanted to put into this piece

  • @MaggieLeber lol, good point, I was actually very reluctant to put that part in there, I also felt it sounded like a national anthem of some sorts, wasn't sure which one :-)
