I got a doubt : Can we use both the hands interchangeably in carroms..? I heard we can use any hand to play, either right or left but not change hands depending on the shots or the thumbing?

why can he shoot at 1:20 on the chip that is on the same line? i thought this wasn't allowed?!

It's pronounced Kay-Rum it's an indian/portuguese pronounciation not a bloody english.

i used to play carrom
hitting back shots, that is shooting straight chips behind your line is not allowed. you have to make a bang shot to get at those chips.

Many people still play by the rules you describe. But, for all International Carrom Federation (IC) tournaments and most national tournaments, back shots are now allowed. This ruling was adopted in 1988 and has been used in all World Championships since then.
