to update from 5.00m33-4 to 5.00m33-6 simply download the file from the following link and copy the update folder to PSP/GAME and run the program in your psp:

My son's psp is slim (PSP 2000, I think).

But I've got two questions:

1) will this hack unlock the psp even after hard reboots?

2) I see this video is from 2009. Is there a new version of this heck?

I currently use ChickenHend. The "d" in the end suggests it's the version of ChickenHEN. It works fine, but for some reason I have to keep going through the hacking all over again if my son happens to shut down the PSP.

@MrGodDamn863 the ChickHEN photo trick is a bit temperamental on my 2000 (TA-88 v3).. and YES, it works. It works 100% of the time with one of my memory sticks (I don't need to scroll down or anything), but when I try it with my other memory sticks, it has a success rate of less than 10%.

Try this:

1. remove any wallpapers you might have

2. battery pull

3. let the egg thumbnail load before going into the ChickHEN folder

4. try with/without scrolling (and at different speeds)

5. KEEP TRYING
