Again 1980.5.18 in Korea

곧이어 경찰 방송차의 방송이 다시 시작됐다.
"즉시 해산하시오. 곧 살수할 예정이다"
시민들은 그러나 자리를 뜨지 않고 "독재타도", 평화 시위 보장하라"를 외치며 서로를 격려했다.
경찰들의 숫자가 기하급수적으로 늘어났다.
새벽이 깊어가며 약 오백여명 정도로 줄어든 시위대는 순식간에 경찰에 포위됐다.
새벽 다섯시가 넘자 낡이 밝았다.
그러나 시민들은 광화문우체국 앞 1차선 도로 점거를 풀지 않았다.
그러자 경찰들이 스크럼을 짠 시민들을 향해 방패를 휘두르며 대열 해산을 시도했다.
이 과정에서 시민 수명이 부상을 당했다.
한 시민이 피가 잔뜩 묻은 옷을 입은 채 구급차에 실려가는 모습이 목격됐고, 스크럼을 짜던 시민이 경찰의 방패에 찍혀 왼쪽 팔꿈치에 타박상을 입는 모습도 목격됐다.
시민들은 "폭력 경찰 물러가라"고 말하는 8박자 구호를 외치며 경찰과 대치했지만 갈수록 경찰에 포위돼갔다.
