no... you OVERBUILD the components for your HP so they LIVE... and then tune them for only as much as you need for your bracket...
because when you go extreem to the max.... and then turn it down your sacrificing effectiveness of the components as a whole and can easilly create boggy soft spots within a powerband...

For some reason it won't come up putting it in the browser. Type in centsless302 in Yahoo and it will come up and gives you acess to the site
