Its a little easier with dogs...You cant exactly pack up and move an entire country, bud. Plus, dogs are way better than people. People are evil for the most part and just flat out suck.

oh my gosh. I just read this book in about 4 hours today! Picked it up at goodwill cause I had heard about the guy on the news. Congrats to all who had a hand in rescuing this pup and condolences to those who had and lost their dogs to the rule.
