good punches :D next time, try moving around the bag as you punching and try punch in different angles. Even if you hitting the bag just to stay in shape i recommend you do those things because it will make it harder and it improves your coordination. Also, try hit the bag full 3min rounds. sorry bad english :D keep it up!

thats good but the whole purpose of TABATA INTERVAL is that you're getting completely exhausted after only 4min. If not tired then you're doing it wrong. with TABATA actually someone doesn't even have time to focus on form. its just punch till you drop. no form, no technique, just power and speed

no stamina, I do Full resistance training (compound and isolation move mements)
mon - chest then 1hr 30mins later im at Boxing training
tues- Back
Wed- shoulders boxing traing
Thurs- arms
Friday - legs boxing training
sat/sun rest
Every 3 weeks i have a fight

far too slow to be calling it tabata, far too slow and weak to be winning any fights either. stop training for cameras and train to actually help you in fights. poser.

u said ur sloppy about the punching? i think u have really good form. I workout 3times a week with resistance training and want to incorporate HIIT training with it. Is this tabata boxing workout enough for 4minutes? n do that on my non weight lifting days?

Thanks. Sorry for late reply. It depends what your goals are. If you are trying to lean up than your focus should be on diet. However the HIIT helps boost up your metabolism and get your body into fat burning mode. This routine is good to do at the end of a weight workout or in conjunction with sprints or intervals. But if your tight on time by all means just do the 4 minutes. Its worth it.

Last time I measured they were 15 1/2"
However I wouldn't be surprised if there 16" now.
