Yikes. The youth in this production are good but it's clear the director did not spend enough time with these young actors on intentions. There is no connection to the dialogue at all- what looks like was done was: say the line, walk here, say the next line here and laugh here.

in the actual broadway version, lonely goatherd is done on the best, not my favorite things. The director was clearly attempting to mimic the movie not the show. The maria has a very nice voice but her acting needs a little work... overall pretty good!
