If the USA want to open a new page in the American Russian relations , They have to withdraw from deploying the Anti Missile system from Poland and Czech republic , They also must stop the NATO military games in Georgia.

There's no mystery in these US-Russia meetings.

All the US wants from Russia is a President who resembles Boris Yeltsin in terms of leadership, or lack thereof.

Medvedev will be "graded" for compliancy by Obama and his dual loyalties cabinet.

There will be no rewards for Russia, but maybe some raspberries from the already anti-Russian US news media.
