really don't spend much time worried about what will happen

to me if I continue to use it ! I know that If I worry

about every little thing I will probably die of a heart attack

from all the stress ! lol I have changed my diet I eat only brown

rice and I walk 2 miles with my dog every other day !

    2 Thumbs up !

    Peace Always ! Chaz

  • @888CSC Glad you enjoyed it! It's not as much about stressing about things as it is incorporating changes into your life. Our lifestyle with respect to nutrition and exercise has been an evolution and will continue to be. If you take a bit of extra time for food prep you won't miss your microwave one bit ;)

What kind of dog do you have?

  • @djsandoors That's awesome! We too enjoy taking the time to prepare dishes at home. Using the microwave was a taken-for-granted ritual. Once we recognized it, it made sense to say goodbye.
