Poltergeist and Paranormal Activity in my house

Paranormal activities took place at home on 11th of December 2011 at 3AM. I couldn't sleep because of all the strange noises in my house. So I took my camcorder to catch all the possible events. I had true proof that there is something.

We can see that the image freezes in 2 different moments. I noticed that the hour of my microwave oven changed; how does 4 minutes pass in 2 minutes? Wardrobes open by themselves and the chairs moves on top of the table. And we can see a black mass in the corridor as the image freezes a second time.
